How do I get a quote?
The easiest way is to simply click the ‘DESIGN YOUR DOOR‘ link. You don’t even need any specific measurements, you can choose your style, colour, glazing and accessories and generate an accurate quote before tyou get in touch.
What should I do if I encounter an issue with my Endurance Door?
As your supplier and installer we are the holder of your warranty. Should you encounter any issues with your door, you can let us know and we will rectify things as soon as we can.
How energy efficient are our doors?
In accordance with British Homes Regulations Document-L, our doors are manufactured to comply with a U-Value equal to or less than 1.4 W/m²
Can I get an open out stable door?
Yes, all of our Endurance Door styles can be manufactured to open out. Avantal Doors are only currently available as open in.
What is the opacity rating of your glazing styles?
We offer over 30 glazing styles for you to choose from with varying levels of obscurity across the range. You can explore our glazing options further HERE
What is the difference between an AV2 and an AV3 lock?
Both AV2 and AV3 locking mechanisms as known as ‘Slam Shut’ locks, this means that once you shut your door it locks automatically, and a key is needed to enter your property.
The key difference is, the AV3 mechanism has an optional Daytime Latch release function, when activated this will temporarily prevent the door from automatically locking when closed.
What are the minimum and maximum door sizes you offer?

Can I get a perfectly matching colour frame?
You can get a matching colour frame in all of the colours except for Duck Egg Blue, and Sage.
Sage frames are only available with a smooth finish.
In the Avantal range, only Anthracite Grey, Black Ulti-Matt and Signal Grey are available with matching frames.
Can I fit a cat flap in my door?
If you would like a cat flap installed in your new door, you will need to discuss this with us prior to ordering your door, we will liaise with our Technical Team to ensure we can route out for your chosen cat flap. We will then be able to fit your cat flap on site.

My hardware is looking stained, how do I maintain my door?
To keep your Fab&Fix furniture sparkling, we recommend wiping it with a clean cloth soaked in warm water and mild detergent every month. Moving parts should be lightly lubricated twice a year.
Stainless steel hardware can occasionally show light tea staining, this can be rectified by polishing it with coastal DR 121-CL Stainless Steel Renovation Cleaner or, Bar Keepers Friend stainless steel cleaner.
Can I paint my door?
We don’t recommend painting our doors. Our doors feature tough, heat reflective PVC skins, meaning they are almost completely maintenance free. Although occasional maintenance is required to keep your door looking and performing its best.
Please note if you choose to paint or spray your door you will invalidate the warranty.
